Arturo’s Underground Cafe!!!!!!!!!!!! They have tacos! They have sandwiches! They have espresso! They have smoothies! [Plenty of vegetarian options as well. ;) My fellow Vegans, they have stuff for us too, less stuff granted, but stuff none the less.] Today I helped myself to two black bean tacos which I believed cost me a cool $3.50!! Ricky Williams is currently one of the most famous players in the NFL. He is also a graduate of UT! While at UT, Ricky was chosen as a Football All-American for 1997 and 1998, and he won the 1998 Heisman Trophy. While many recognize Ricky for his on-the-field work, we would like to recognize Ricky for his animal rights advocacy! Ricky is a vegetarian and has worked tirelessly to promote vegetarianism/veganism through his work with PETA. In addition, he owns a vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Miami, Florida. Keep making us proud Ricky! Hook em’ horns! :)
